30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
- The product must be in good condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible returns within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, the return policy applies.
